TNT Wildflower Kick off

This morning we had the kick off for the newest season with Team in Training (for Leukemia/Lymphoma society). As usual one of the honorees kicked things off by telling his and his sons story. It was very inpiring and served as a great reminder as to why we were all there. Then we broke into our tri group and coach Rand gave us a bit of a pep talk and described the training a bit. We have a lot of first time participants and I could see in their faces my own fears from 2 years ago. But it is going to be a great season, I am really looking forward to it. So from now until end of May I will be training with the team for another triathlon (my third). Instead of personally fundraising this time, I am going to help a group of 5-10 people with their training and fundrasining as a mentor. I have 5 people so far, all doing their first triathlon. I will keep you all posted on our training and fundraising progress! Go Team!!!
