Bonjour!
I have been finding it very hard to stick to eating right here in the land of pomme frites, chocolate, and great wine. So I am trying to keep up with the workouts. Today I went back to the little hotel gym and did 40 min on the stationary bike (trying out Coach Rand's workout) then another 40 min on weights (lots of crunches to make up for the chocolate)! I definitley feel better now and more awake, jet lag was really kicking it to me today. Now I just need to try to resist too many good dishes at dinner tonight!
Bike = 10 miles
