Well I cheated a bit on my "bike ride" today. Since we have our TNT team dinner tonight I had to workout in the morning. It was still very dark so I went to the gym and did some "spinning" for 30 min. Then I worked with my trainer on weights for an hour. WE have stepped up both the pounds and the repetitions. I am getting much stronger (yeah) and much slimmer (double yeah)! For indoor biking, coach Rand sent out some suggestions this morning. I am excited to try them out. Not all the time, but for other days like this when I can't ride outside.
Bike = 7 miles
